Notification emails for Events get triggered for the following scenarios:
- Learner registration (to learner) - When a learner registers for an event through their own My Learning, they are sent a confirmation email.
- Learner registration (to manager) - When a learner registers for an event through their own My Learning, if they have any managers, those managers are sent an email.
- Manager registration (to learner) - When a manager registers one of their team for an event through the learner's My Learning, the learner is sent an email.
- Manager registration (to manager) - When a manager registers one of their team for an event through the learner's My Learning, the manager is sent a confirmation email.
- Learner un-registration (to learner) - When a learner cancels their registration for an event through their own My Learning, they are sent a confirmation email.
- Learner un-registration (to manager) - When a learner cancels their registration for an event through their own My Learning if they have any managers those managers are sent an email.
- Manager un-registration (to learner) - When a manager cancels the registration for one of their team members for an event through the learner's My Learning, the learner is sent an email.
- Manager un-registration (to manager) - When a manager cancels the registration for one of their team members for an event through the learner's My Learning, the manager is sent a confirmation email.
- Event due date reminder for 7 days (to learner) - When a learner registers for an event through their own My Learning, they are sent a due date reminder as an email 7 days before the event.
- Event details updated (to learner) - When a learner registers for an event through their own My Learning and the details for the event have been changed, the learner is sent an event update email.
- Event details updated (to manager) - When a manager's team member registers for an event through their own My Learning and the details for the event have been changed, the manager is sent an event update email.
